Sea Global Management Associate Program
Sea Global Management Associate Program (MAP) is Sea’s flagship program to help aspiring graduates in Singapore, who seek to make a difference in Southeast Asia and Taiwan with technology, become future leaders of the industry. Under the Sea MAP, you will get to choose a track where you want to become a leader: Finance, Garena or Shopee. Finance ACE Program is an accelerated program designed to identify and develop emerging finance talents. It is tailored for professionals who have demonstrated strong and relevant credentials in their current career, and want to advance their finance profession in the exciting technology industry. Expect wide exposure to different facets of Sea’s businesses – digital entertainment (Garena), e-commerce (Shopee) and digital financial services (SeaMoney).
Do you have an interest in exploring the fields of software engineering or computer science? Our Labs Internship Program would be the perfect starting ground for you. Best of all, top performers will have a chance to secure a permanent job with us. Through this program, you will get a glimpse of what our software engineers do at Sea. CLT is a structured development programme under IMDA’s TechSkills Accelerator (TeSA) initiative that aims to accelerate professional development for fresh and mid-career professionals through on-the- job training that is aligned to the Skills Framework for ICT.
